How long have you been in business?
We incorporated in February of 2001 to answer an underserved need in the computer services market.
What is your primary product or service?
MySherpa provides award winning service for our clients; enabling them to grow and manage their business. These services include on-site, remote & phone support, security, disaster prevention, backup, administration, monitoring, compliance and more for a low monthly fee. Businesses don't want to invest in technology that is obsolete upon purchase and that is why they choose and prefer MySherpa’s subscription model. Our clients benefit as technology changes because their systems are always current.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Greg Gurev, Head Sherpa is a business leader and entrepreneur. He cut his teeth in business at The Xerox Corporation and then worked in private companies before starting MySherpa. Greg and his team see the business world as an opportunity to help others grow and prosper. Technology is an enabler but it does not replace sound business processes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Technical people are a dime a dozen but business people who understand technology and customer service are, “one in a million.”
